e, low cost and convenient maintenance, vane pump is widely adopted in many industrial areas. Most of domestic manufacturer of fuel dispenser install vane pump as component. Vane pump includes ration pump and variable pump, the former is mounted in fuel dispenser. At recent years, the domestic noise research for vane pump has been achieved good progress conducted by fuel dispenser manufacturer. The noise of vane pump has remarkably been downed, reaching to less than 70 d B. it is introduced as followed: 1: Cap nut 2: Adjusting bolt 3: Spring seat 4: Spring 5: Blade 6: Rotor 7: Plug 8: Spring flake 9: Axis 10: Frame 11: Overflow valve 12: Valve seat Diagram 2-1: Vane pump structure drawing Structure and working principle of vane pump The Diagram 2-1 and 2-2 illustrate one kind of vane pump about its structure and tridimensional exploded drawing. This kind of pump prevails in domestic fuel dispenser market. Its structure, principle and maintenance will be introduced. Vane pump consists of overflow valve and vane pump illustrated in Diagram 2-1. Overflow valve is installed on the upper of body, including overflow valve seat, vale core, spring, spring bracket, jointer, adjusting bolt and cap nut. The lower body is fuel dispenser pump section composed of gliding bearing, rotor subassembly, blade set, spring flat and pump cover with gliding bearing. The right side of diagram is inlet, the opposite outlet. The working principle, performance and common troubleshooting of vane pump and overflow valve will be presented respectively. Vane pump section The chamber in where rotor installed is pump chamber, its installing procedure showed in diagram 2-3. A centrifugal degree e between the center of chamber and rotor is illustrated in diagram. There are upper and down seal ar fuel dispenser ea, high p fuel dispenser ressure and low pressure transitional area, divided by the center of rotor. The angular degree in sealing area is larger than that of degree formed by the neared two vanes so as to prevent oil flow between low and high pressure areas. 1-Cap

be combined with payment under customer choice (how much with point? how much with money?) or with a fixed ratio; two alternatives are possible: The EPS application has to manage the payment together with the redemption: both are successful or both fail. This is applicable when card payment is involved; it is less intuitive when cash payment is performed. The EPS application performs only the redemption and the POS manages the split of the tender inclusive of the result of the redemption (that will contain the amount still to be paid). In this scenario in case of payment failure the POS will have to send a reversal for the redemption. 3.11 Part A - use case: (loyalty) card balance inquiry Brief Description Customer selects one or more items from the loyalty catalogue purchases them using points and meybe some moneycard payment. cy than religion does. So what role does religion play in shaping foreign policy? The Euro-secularists are right about one big thing—the influence of religious groups on policy toward Israel. Americans support Israel for lots of secular reasons too, including sympathy for a nation of settlers and the strength of the pro-Israel lobby in Washington. But the booming evangelical movement, convinced of the vital importance of Israel in divine planning, provides a solid core of popular support. The Euro-secularists are usually blind to the other big influence of religion on American foreign policy. Christians are at the forefront of attempts to make American foreign policy more ethical. They have encountered fierce resistance from the realists in the State Department (particularly over deeper involvement in Darfur) and from business Republicans (particularly over China). But they have significantly increased the size of the constituency that favours a moral foreign policy. Evangelicals have campaigned against sex-trafficking and drug-trafficking, against poverty and religious persecution, and against the genocide in Sudan. They have led the charge to deal with AIDS in Africa (the person who did most to persua fuel dispenser de Mr Bush to pledge $15 billion to that cause was his former chief speech-writer, an evangelical who has been dubbed “the conscience of the White House. A group of leading evangelicals recently signed a statement on climate change proclaiming that the problem is real, that human activity is an important cause, that the costs of inaction are high, and that those costs are disproportionately borne by the poor. American religiosity also has a more indirect influence on foreign policy. It predisposes Americans to look at the world in certai fuel dispenser n ways—to fuel dispenser regard America as a special nation and to see the world in terms of a struggle between good and evil. These tendencies have always been there. But they have arguably become more pronounced since the September 11th attacks. Vice-Presi
